Hi,

This could be because you might be trying to upgrade to a package that is not supported by your line speed. You're currently on a 4Mbps line and if you wanted to go more than that, you would have to upgrade the line with Telkom to support that speed first. You line is currently capable of speeds of up to 10Mbps but this needs to be changed at Telkom before you can order the service.
