what do i do to get internet after reaching my cap?

I have bought a top up data bundle and received the invoice, which gets paid by debit order. but i still dont have access. what else must i do to activate the bundle bought so that i do get the access i have purchased?

Hi,

You should try restart your router and if this doesn't resolve your issue, you should check on clientzone if your data topup was made to the correct account assuming you have multiple services under the same account. If not please open a support ticket on clientzone to have a techinical consultant assist you with this.
