What is wrong with the mobile data speed in PE, 3 weeks now no good help. Am going to cancel my subscription tomorrow.

have been in contact with support via client zone for past 3 weeks - can't even find out if MTN has a problem but I read of Afrihost problems with slowness! No good help received in 3 weeks but you are quick to bill me before month end. Sadly Afrihost is now useless where it was very good in the past. Too many sunscribes without the availability of data at a reasonable speed. See my logged calls in client zone - your support staff now taking 2 or 3627 days to get back to me - not acceptable.

I think your issue is coverage based. If you're not connecting via 3G any fallback connection is used (Edge, 2G, GPRS). If you do a speedtest in an area with great coverage, you could get better speeds.

Was your connection speed always this slow?
