Transferring line to new residence?

I have recently moved to a new premises in the same area. I've requested that Telkom transfer my landline and number.
What should be done to ensure that once this is complete, I have Internet access?
Should I inform Afrihost separately about my new address, or will I automatically have access upon transfer?

You won't have to notify Afrihost about the premises change. As long as the line has been made active by Telkom, you should be able to connect with the same details after the transfer.
