The most likely cause for a problem such as this would be the incorrect server address and/or the incorrect outgoing server port number being configured in the outgoing server settings.
1. Personal domain users can use the mail account setup information available on the ClientZone or cPanel interfaces.
2. Other mail users connecting on the Afrihost network via either ADSL or mobile data should be able to use the following outgoing mail settings:
> Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.afrihost.co.za
> Port Number: 25
> Outgoing Server Authentication: Disabled
