Need help with connecting to Afrigreen

I have tried putting in the new username and password emailed to me.  After submitting the web pages became unavailable.  Not sure what I am doing wrong? My details:

Your New DSL Network Details

Bridget, we have created a new DSL account for you on our proof‑of‑concept network. Simply put the username and password below into your router settings to access our new network.

When you enter these details. You should try reboot your router so that the changes occur. You should be able to have access after that. If not. You might want to open a ticket on clientzone and get a consultant to assist you on with this.
