Can I use my ADSL data on my mobile data SIM card?

I have both a capped ADSL package and a mobile data package with Afrihost.  Is it possible to transfer some of the data from my ADSL account to my Mobile Data package?

Unfortunately, Mobile Data and ADSL Data is managed by, and operates on completely separate networks.  They are entirely independant and can not be interlinked.
