spft suspending problem

hi yes but i tried it but afrihost keeps telling me that the line must be in a soft susspend state in order to move the line but telkom dont whant to  soft susspend the line
related to an answer for: migration line from telkom to afrihost

Hi Marius

Could you provide a line number so that Afrihost can conduct further investigation as to what would be the hold up?

044 693 06 18 they keep getting an error another service active but there is no contract and no data just moth to month and no one willing to help
