You can not submit the domain renewal manually. We can only do it once we recieve payment from your account. We will submit it automatically. Below is a message that you should have received:
"Your domain "domain.tld" is expiring on 25 January, 2015
We have invoiced the renewal of your domain for an amount of R 97.00
We will debit your Bank Account or Credit Card on 1 January, 2015
Once we have successfully received payment we will start processing your domain renewal on 5 January, 2015
IMPORTANT: You are able to CANCEL the renewal of your domain below. Once cancelled we will not process the renewal and the renewal invoice will be credited out. You will also not be debited for the renewal.
Please be certain that you want to cancel the domain renewal, as this will mean your domain will not be renewed and will become available again for anyone to register in their own name.
You are able to cancel the renewal any time until 31 December, 2014"
If you have cancel the renewal through client zone, you would need to submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org so that you renewal can be updated.
