BB 9320 settings not working. Plse help

Received email with subject:

"Your SIM is active on our Network"

The BB instructions is as follows:

 

Select Settings > Options.

Complete one of the following:
– BlackBerry v4.0 or earlier, click TCP/IP.
– BlackBerry v4.1 to 5.0, click Advanced Options > TCP/IP.
– BlackBerry v6.0 and later, click Device > Advanced System Settings > TCP/IP.

3.

Enter afrihost into the APN field*.

4.

Press the Menu key.

5.

Select Save.

Following above my entries look as follows:

APN settings enabled - ticked.
APN - afrihost
APN AUTHENTICATION enabled - not ticked
User name for APN - blank
Passowrd for APN - blank
 
BUT IT DOES NOT WORK! WHEN USING LINK: CHECK MY DATA CONNECTION, it fails.

Heya Anon, I'm pretty sure you've managed to figure this one out by now, but all you need to do is just add mail server settings manually such

as mail.domain.co.za or whatever your domain would be.
