MODEM FAULTY ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS STILL NO REPLACEMENT - WHY

Hi There

 

I brought my modem in 2 weeks ago, Miles/Niles promised to call me back on Monday after he called with regards to the stand in modem i have ben lent.  Im still waiting, please can you check urgent and let me know what going on.
