That would definitely annoy me too :(
This can sometimes happen if you are experiencing DNS errors. A quick test would be to change your router's DNS settings from dynamically assigned by ISP (which it should be set to normally) to using 188.8.131.52 as your primary and 184.108.40.206 as your secondary. If this resolves the problem, it means it could be a problem on our DNS servers not responding correctly.
We regularly monitor our DNS cluster to ensure that they are working correctly. If it is a problem on our side, chances are our engineers are aware of it and it will resolved within a short while.
If changing your DNS on the router does not resolve the issue, it may be a DNS issue on the device itself, so check the device's settings. It could also be an intermittent connectivity problem or a saturated network that is not allowing requests for content through due to demand for downloads or uploads, so check your network to ensure there are not devices downloading large updates. A good test would also be to switch off your WiFi (if you are using WiFi) and test with ove device connected over a LAN cable to see if the problem persists.
