Why does it take more than a day for my airtime to load?

Every month, money is deducted off my account before the 1st of the month. On the first day of the month, I get allocated the data I bought but not the airtime. This is the third month in a row this has happened and it is incredibly inconvenient. The last time I queried this, Afrihost told me to load MTN airtime in the meantime whilst waiting for their airtime to load (completely defeating the purpose of having a contract). Has anyone else had this problem?

I am sorry this has happened, the only reason this happens is due to the payment taking a little longer to process at times the credit card does have a slight issue but mostly its debit orders that experience this.

Now you may ask why do we allocate the data then? Well data can easily be suspended or taken away if there is anything wrong with the payment, this we can not do with airtime unfortunately.
I would advise trying to change to credit card details with your voice product to avoid delays.
