why is afrihost charging me and i did not order a bundle

i ordered a bundle in february and that was it. i never ordered another one and i thought afrihost is once off but then on the 1st of march my account is overdue for some reason because i never ordered a bundle for march. no one has answered me yet and i dont want to pay for something i didnt want in the first place. at first i thought afrihost was amazing but then something like this happens. The only reason i bought a bundle by you in the first place was because i(the client) had the option of ordering my own bundles when I wanted it. Please let me know if this is a month to month thing because then i'd like to stop using your services

Hey there

The products at Afrihost are billed monthly (except domains which are billed once per year for renewal the year after you register).

They are per month packages whereby you are allocated data per month and billed for that.

The prepaid packages do allow you to have data that is valid for 12 months, so maybe you can opt for that.
