I have moved to a new address how do I my Afrihost-managed line to my new address/new number?

I have relocated. I am told byTelkom that although I am still in the same zip code that I will be connecting via a different exchange and will therefore receive a different line number. How do I go about moving my Afrihost-managed ADSL line to my new address?

I am still waiting for Telkom (sigh) to setup my new telephone landline.

If you don't have a telkom line in your new place, then best is that you cancel the Afrihost management of your old line, and also cancel with Telkom - otherwise they're going to keep on billing you.  Unless the two properties are adjacent to each other, you are not going to be able to pick up the line and put it down in the new place.  Once you have a line, you can easily add ADSL to it, and it will be a new line as far as Afrihost is concerned.
