We have automated certain package transfers, like web hosting. In that case, the "giving" client can use the "Give Domain" feature to elect which hosting products he wishes to transfer. The "gaining" client must then log into ClientZone and use the "Gain Domain" feature to accept the products along with applicable billing. This can only be done in the Old ClientZone for the moment - but it will be integrated in the main ClientZone very soon.
For DSL and other products, you will need to email support from the primary email address and we will also need to receive confirmation from the primary email address of the recipient profile that they accept the products and billing from that period onwards.
Note that any transfers will not be possible during the billing run, from the 25th of any month until around the 5th of the following month.
