why can't l log in on my email

I just created an account with you guys and l've added a 10gig package on my cart but as l try to check out l can't log in,does this mean the account is not yet active?

This normally means one of two things either the client zone profile has not updated yet or we are awaiting a copy of your id for verification purposes.

Please feel free to contact us on 32541 via sms and we will call you alternatively you can just give me your primary email and i will with pleasure try and rectify this for you.
