My apologies for the horrendous service you received.
Afrihost should not be billing you for the line if it is not with them. if this is happening please contact accounts to rectify this.
At this time last year the line migrate in process was not as refined as it has come to be now so understandably it was very buggy. This is no excuse for the bad service I do hope you have had better experiences since then.
The Telkom Holding pool now works a whole lot better and most migrations go through on time and successfully.
