I am just getting frustrated and irritated with the lack of support and follow up from Afrihost. It really looks likes Afrihost has no interest in retaining me as a client.
I have since March / April being raising my dissatisfaction via creating tickets wrt to a line speed being below par and constant “downtime. Äfrihost has test my lines on numerous occasions to report back that there are numerous problem on my line. Afrihost customer services promised me that they would escalate the issues within Telkom just to be informed later that according to them the problem has been resolved. I had Telkom technicians coming here to test the line just to indicate that they would need to replace the line and then they disappear.
AS I HAVE INDICATED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, I AM CURRENTLY PAYING FOR A 10 MBPS LINE, BUT ACCORDING TO AFRIHOST SPEED TEST THE LINE IS SYNCING ONLY AT 8MBPS WITH A SNR OF MOST OF THE TIME JUST BELOW 6DB. SAIX SPEED TEST FOR DOWNLOAD IS ABOUT 5MBPS.
Afrihost are you going to resolve my issues or should or are you just going to play more games with me. If the latter, then I think I had to cancel this service as you clearly don’t want me as a client!!!
