We have no internet connection and lots of data left

Hey Garfield

Please check that you are using the correct APN and that your account is active in Client Zone.

Also does your SIM not work on many devices, not on one particular device or does it not work on any at all?

Have you tried to troubleshoot so we narrow down whether it's the SIM or device?

Please provide more info.
