Why doesn't Afrihost offer contracts to their loyal customers and include free items?

Many other ISP services offer free devices with their contrats that they sell - Eg Mifi devices - Xboxs ect

Could we expect Afrihost to do something similiar

I would be willing to sign a 2 year contract to get something free:-)

To me a contract is like a jail term.If you are unhappy with the service you are stuck with it.To have no contract means freedom of chioce. If the service are bad you can just move over to another service provider

As a company we always try to avoid long term contracts, we prefer to always put the choice in our client's hands. A lot of these types of contracts also build into the cost of the devices in to the contract, so we believe that by giving clients the choice not to be bound by a long term agreement (and complicated T's & C's) and also offer them devices at a really great price (which usually include free delivery) then it's the best of both worlds.

I highly doubt that we'll ever do contracts, but we usually do massive discounts on devices when we launch them (like we did with MiFi's), so we'll always make sure our clients get a great deal :)
