Internet Light is Red on Router

I upgraded from a 2mb line to a 4mb line, and ever since that day, the internet light on my router has been red. I have phoned in to Afrihost and they have logged a fault with telkom for me, but i am just curious as to how this line syncs fine according to afrihost....does Telkom need to authenticate the line upgrade or something? I even tried Telkom's guest account and still, the light remains a solid red.

Hi Shayari,

Sounds like a faulty regrade. Telkom are responsible for the upgrade

Once Telkom upgrade the infrastructure successfully then Afrihost can provide data.

Best thing to do is log a fault with Telkom to get this resolved.
