Good Day

I trust you are well.

You will notice since Yosemite update there is an SMTP setting that reads "Automatically maintain and correct settings." No matter how many times you set the SMTP server settings you will notice the below in the server logs. This syntax failure actually is a mismatch between the TLS and SSL settings that Yosemite and Mac mail keeps defaulting to. If you uncheck this box and config SMTP you will be dandy :)

Good Day

I trust you are well.

The SMTP status along with all other servers is (offline) regardless of the settings being correct. Yesterday I had the same issue with an iPhone and a restart of the phone solved the issue. The same applies to the Apple Macs, restarting the Mac results in mails being sent out. I'm not sure if there is a way to change it without restarting but if everything else fails and settings are correct, ask the client to restart the device.

If you are getting issue regarding to email connected with SMTP in Apple & Mac computer then dont worry because i also faced this same issue few days ago. Then one of my colleague suggest me to contact with Apple Customer Service Number to get solution, So i also recommend to try this once.
