If you are relocating and still want Afrihost to manage your line in the new building please follow the steps below:
1 - Requeste the Relocation in Client Zone by going to Connectivity ----> Select line number ------> Relocate Line.
2 - Provide the new physical address , disconnect date , reconnect date.
3 - You will receive an email explaining the relocation process.
4 - You will have to complete a form on Telkom website . https://secureapp.telkom.co.za/move-line-wholesale/
5 - When the relocation is completed , please log back into ClientZone > Select line number > Relocate Line > My Relocation is Complete > Complete Your Relocation. You will also provide the new number there.
If you will not be using Afrihost at the new premises to manage your line please make sure you cancel before the 25th of the month.
