Data recharge ClientZone access

Why can we not recharge our depleted data bundle for free on the clientzone, at one stage I could, now everytime I try, I just get page cannot be found?

Hi Monty

I had the same problem as you but my conclusion was each time I still had data left usually 170-198MB it locks you out for some odd reason, looks like a system bug via clientzone, but when u don't have data at all you can't connect at all. I think Afrihost needs to provide us with access to clientzone even if your data is depleted makes life more easy.

Conclusion: its a system bug that needs to be sorted out otherwise contact support they should assist you further.
