My speed constantly drops to a painful 0.22Mbps following rainfall and I always have to call in to reset the line. Why?

Painfully slow speeds following rainfall are frustrating.  What causes this?  How do I troubleshoot on my end?

Hi Molisem,

There could be multiple reasons why your speeds drop when its raining. The rain may be causing interference on your line.

You need to call Telkom to come a check the line and where the problem lies. They may need to change a connector.
