Should all devices connecting through wifi change APN settings?

Should the APN settings be changed on all computers and cellphones connecting to wifi? I've changed my computer APN settings, but is it necessary to change all laptops too? And what about phones that will connect via wifi?

APN is a Mobile term,if you are referring to devices each with their own mobile package (different to that of your current normal provider) then yes you will need to change APN settings on all devices.

However, if your "source device" ie a mobile router distributes WiFi to client devices, then they do not need to change APN settings but rather only the WiFi Access point they connect to (being the Access Point or mobile router where you have added a Mobile SIM to)

NO!! There is no need to change ay of those as Wireless fidelity doesnt require that but if it says it does lese backup your phone and reset the internet sertings of your phone nd try it again as APN is not associated with WiFi... Usually wifi uses a modem or  router which already is configured with its own APN setting that re designed to adjust to yours infact you dont need Access point seetings really they are just there for assurity. ☺
