1) I have signed up for a package on the Afrihost website , as part of their package it there is a free Modem and Router which should be delivered at no charge. It syas on my clients services that there is a fee outstanding for R799 for the hardware, which is incorrect.
2) I received an sms saying i will be contacted by TT Connect for the arrangements to be made with regards to the fibre connection i signed up for , have not received any calls or other form of correspondence.
3) I received an email form TT Connect to inform me there is no infrastructure in my area , but on Afri Host's website my address is part of their fibre layout.
I am not sure if there a communication error between the ISP and TT Connect , can someone please clarify the these for me.
I am unable to cancel my current adsl package as i do not have any way of knowing what time frames to look at or any information with regards to my fibre.
Any help or clarity will be greatly appreciated.
